So I would suggest, to take the pressure off? Teaching yourself how to type.
This is a good reminder. Thank you. I have been trying. Lots and lots of exercise and other coping skills, and I think I need to keep bolstering my own abilities. I also need to remember that it isn't as dire as I think it is sometimes. That part is hard, because there are so many conflicts between all us inside.
