Anxiety Hours

I tried to send some links, but wasn't allowed. I am not tech savvy. I pasted the URL but the site said my post count was not enough and emails are not allowed. Don't understand and it has aggravated me. Soory I'll try again or just do a search for tibetan singing bowls for PTSD

Simply post enough comments and it will not be an issue.

I know what you by the anxiety coming at different hours and certain times of the day. Mine does the same thing, right now it's at it's highest from about 8:00 am, until about 4pm or so. Then goes up around bedtime, probably because I fear the dreams, jumps and jolts of fear during the night. Hope yours gets better soon.
 
I understand you, bedtime anxiety is absolutely horrible. The constantly interrupted sleep only to wake up with my heart racing.
At the moment, it's 2pm to around 4-5pm. At least I'm able to ground/distract myself more now.
