I tried it but the medication had no noticeable effect on my constant anxiety feelings and panic. I am not as bad as I used to be and have since stopped taking the Buspar.

My sister just recommended some natural supplements to manage stress. "Dong quai" is at the top of the list, along with "fish oil." I'm trying them in January when I visit.
