Yes, I am a supporter and recovering sufferer myself. But mostly a supporter of my army veteran.

I am too old for youg uys (34 and a half), but wanted to reach out anyway..as I don't quite fit into the 'oldies' crowd either. Been suffering PTSD since I was about 6...so can definitely offer advice from an old-timer too lol. It is hard, but the more you are aware, the more coping skills you can learn I think. I have been seeing the best therpist ever for the last year and she is teaching me lots of coping skills. Finding a good therapist is definitely turned my life around...everyone should try to find one! ;)
