His mind is running too fast again, but luckily so far it is not effecting him in any other way.

What do you mean by "running too fast"? I am trying to understand as much as I can about my partner, and he often says his brain is going too fast, but I really don't understand what he means, and he can't explain it.

When this happens Slynn he has thoughts running through his mind faster than they should, and he cant keep up with them.

It could be just one thing going as if on fast forward like a DVD, or multiple thoughts doing the same but all jumbled up.

He struggles to slow it down to a pace he can cope with. Then the anxiety sets in followed by tension followed by pain in his back. If we can stop his racing mind the rest dont follow, but it's not always possible.
