Original poster here...
I just tried to talk to supporter about how i trusted him and reminded him what he said before we left and i was telling him i havevan issue feeling trapped in a car.
Then he said "you wanna go on a car ride?"
I went numb with teats rollung down my cheeks and he left the room.
I dont even wanna get out of bed.

wow that is pretty insensitive of him... if you feel as though you are able I would say try to tell him how hurt you feel by his actions.

It's hard for people to understand. They think that if you're afraid of sharks they should take you to the beach, only they don't realize that it's really the tomato plants that you're having an issue with.

I told him about the thumb sucking too and he was real supportive

OP - I *really* hope he is more supportive - some of his other behaviors really raise a red flag for me .. I hope you have (or find) a good T, and get a little 3rd party perspective on ways to encourage him to recognize where you really need his help and support!

He needs to learn better boundaries. No means no. Period. Keep in mind those are the same boundaries he is teaching your kids. Really sorry! My husband can do similar things. When I say no to something, he immediately asks "why" and then tries to argue with me about why I said no. I hate it. I end up getting mad and walking away. I have really tried to stay present in the conversation recently and explain why I said no to something. He still argues and my reply is, "I realize you don't like being told no, however that is the ONLY answer I am prepared to give you at this time. If I give in to this, I will end up resenting myself and you for not sticking to what my needs are." He shuts up! Hang in there!!!
