@gizmo, I think a security door would be too expensive. I'd feel OK with a decent door and a new lock.

Hi @Hashi, they've included old cottages, flats and now a purpose-built flat. They are actually a problem to me because my cats set them off when I'm out if I keep them on, but it is great to have the option. I should imagine you would more likely find them in conversions or new builds, but I'm certainly not going for expensive places. They seem to go with smoke alarms and carbon dioxide sensors and all the other specifications that property owners are either required to provide or which they include to attract 'better' tenants (ho hum!) - don't mention the hole in the carpet dug out by my cats (who are not the better class of tenants).
