Caching Changes

Whenever I do this, there often tends to be issues... sooooooo, just letting everyone know that I am trying a different method of caching to improve the sites loading. This should primarily affect guests only, not registered users logged in, but all good things go to shit and caching is a shit show at the best of times to try and get right. You can fix one issue and create multiple more.
