There are many creative ways to express new positive thoughts as reminders. I have heard some people like to craft a jar or box and write affirmations on strips of paper to store in them. They read them daily or just when they need an uplift. I like to write them on my mirror in permanent marker so I can take a good look at myself at the same time.
Affirmations can be written on ornaments or jewelry, too. You can hang them on your rear view mirror for when you are out in the world experimenting with your boundaries. Take Care Pandora! :Hug_emoticon:
