Lol exercise has been the one thing that has helped me. Think that's why I'm having a bad spell coz I haven't been able to go for a few weeks.

Being unable to exercise like you normally do, must be so very frustrating for you.
But even you need a rest sometimes, besides, you can still exercise the body parts that don't need a rest or time to heal right now... This includes your brain and filling it up with 'rubbish' is very often a good thing imo lol :joyful: :p

I myself have never had a therapist... Yet. Am on a waiting list.
But it's obvious to me you like your T.
Sometimes when we find people who understand us, be it a T or somebody else, we begin to rely on them to keep our heads above water, and we forget that we can actually swim.
Trust yourself. Grab on to the inner strength within you. You're stronger than you perhaps realise and your friend who lost her baby really needs a friend like you. You're not useless or not needed.

Yeah I think there probably is an element of that tbh. I feel that I'm only now able to start saying what I feel but I won't get the chance now if it all finishes. Yeah I'm trying to be there for her but she won't let me-I'm still annoying her with texts tho lol hugs to right back at u :)
