Ive been in therapy for 7 yrs, or 7 yrs this come march.

I was a member of a cult which shall remain nameless and so I can relate to your trauma probably better than most. I was in this cult from age 19-45 or so and it ruined my life. I am now in my mid sixties and looking back over those years is hard sometimes, so I often try not to. Some of my trauma is from this cult too, though most of it is from my grandfather and later on in life from an abusive boyfriend, both of whom incidentally were into weird religions too, but not the one that I was involved in. Anyway, thanks for your thoughts.

Hey you need to be careful drinking so much water if you are not eating.

Your electrolytes can get out of balance, which can make you very ill. You need to be eating so that you get salts as all the water drinking is flushing them out of your body. This will make you feel like crap.

This happened to me when I was drinking lots and not eating much (eating more than you too by the sounds of it).

Or drink things like Gatorade, which will avoid accidental dehydration. While also not compounding the chronic constipation.
