I use a tincture under the tongue (standard potency 15 mg cbd per ml) and a topical, that can also be ingested if preferred (coconut oil/cbd blend, 50 mg cbd per teaspoon). Lazarus Naturals is the brand. Once in a while I'll take a double dose if I'm hurting more than usual.
I was told to start low and slow with the tincture (I take .25 ml once a day). I've not experienced any weird or unpleasant side effects. I apply the coconut/cbd combo directly where it hurts every other day...sometimes daily if the pain is more intense, and on massage therapy days, I hand them the jar and have them put it everywhere. A little bit goes a long way.
I have definitely experienced pain relief and also feel it's helpful with anxiety to some extent, as long as I'm also using other tools that help. When I ran out, there was a noticable change in both the pain and anxiety arena. I do so many different things to try to help everything I have going on, it's hard to nail down just one thing as being THE most effective. It damn sure takes a village.

Their products have been tested via third party testing. My massage therapist keeps it stocked, as well as uses it regularly herself, and it's been getting rave reviews from folks who've tried it. Best wishes for finding one that works well for your needs. Take good care.
