Changed Chat To Pro Version

Chat is now back here... no more using the other forums chat.

Vets now have their own chat again... you can all change the message of the day at the top, change your chat text to a persistent colour, use smilies, bold, et cetera.

If you're hiding yourself from showing online, then you will not show in the online chat box, just so you're aware. It is all real-time chat, streamed for performance and will work on all mobile devices.

Awesome, we just have to wrangle the timezones. Maybe we can put a 'What Time Is It' sticky.
