Well, I gotta give it to the DNC - they are doing a roll call vote, unlike the RNC did under Trump's leadership! The DNC and Clinton are showing at least enough respect for rules and the alternate voices in the party that they are doing the roll call vote.

Trump took away that vote from his own party.

I have been watching both of the candidates and what I saw yesterday at a Trump rally is that when bullying protesters yelled out it erupted in violence and the protesters were carted away by the people at the rally.

I have not watched the news for the last year and am now playing catch up. Violence is erupting in the strangest places.

The fact that the Bernie Sanders voters left and in some interviews with them as they exited the building was very heated discussions against Hillary. They refuse to support Hillary vehemently.

And this is only the beginning. Both candidates have tons of money to back and support them so the gloves are being put on to oppose each other.

The thing that gets me is the huge amount of speculation and no watch dogs to intervene and discuss the facts.

There appears to be an over abundant amount of the left media which so liberal and Trump can basically hire his own journalists perhaps.

I think that this election will come down to the voters who either love or hate the candidates. Election night will be a electric situation.

I vote absentee ballot and have for many years so I am grateful to have set that up to avoid the intense views about the one candidate of their choice and how they will verbally abuse the candidate that they hate.

Right now today, I see both sides as so polorized and so full of vitriol. I see the increasing violence on both sides and all of the shady shenagins that will play out in the few remainig months before the election in my opinion.

I think that so many groups of people are fed up with how things have been run up untill this point in time.

Elections are usually dirty politics and have been. Each passing election has gotten dirtier and dirtier in my opinonion

I'm carrying a conversation over from another thread, because my opinion doesn't belong in the original thread:

When he said this his manner was off the cuff jest. He was not serious in his comment.
For me, it's hard to put faith in someone's ability to navigate international politics when they think it's appropriate to make a joke about something like this.

Either it's a big deal and she's a criminal and we should treat it as such...or it's not. I've got no respect for a candidate making jokes about any of the international situation right now.

Purely my opinion, not a pro-Clinton post, observation on Trumps action.

I do not know the name of the speaker of the dnc that was appealing to the independent voters. It is far too late for that to happen at least with me.

I see the hypocrisy on both sides and it is disheartening to me. I understand that this the pre election process.

I see and notice so much projection as well. I think that both parties are self condemned listening to them speak.

I feel like these candidates only present the illusion of choice. Trump has exposed the racist underbelly of the Republicans. Hillary is busy shifting back to the right after going left to keep the Sanders block in line.

I feel like the Dems are the new Repubs and the Repubs are singing their death song. The party of the people? As we stand today it's dead.
How does this play out with my vote? I'm still not sure, but I find myself deeply concerned about the future of US democracy.

Trump says hateful and traitorous things. Clinton is involved with illegal campaign finance and the funneling of large sums of foreign money into her candidacy through the Clinton Foundation. She also likely colluded with the DNC to engage in voter suppression, vote stealing and active suppression of Sanders during the primary.

The election fraud in the DNC primary reminds me of that time Bush stole that election with "hanging chads". If the DNC is also willing to commit election fraud then we have nobody protecting our democracy except ourselves.

The Warren thing is that she wrongfully claimed Cherokee heritage on paperwork giving her academic preferences of some sort... multiple times. Link Removed The net meme about Warren was "Fauxcahontus" (likely hacked the spelling). Basically it was fraud for personal gain. Not unlike Obama's "foreign" status on his academic paperwork.

Bernie Sanders has left the Democratic Party.
WikiLeaks dumped some mp3 files and says they have more.

The SCOTUS ruled on the Bush/Gore thing so the "hanging chad" thing is moot.

@thealbatross the only thing SCOTUS decided in Bush v. Gore was that a recount was unconstitutional due to different standards between Florida counties for ballots. I did not say anything about election fraud. If you recall this election also pushed the US to computerized ballots which have been criticized as easily hacked. This directly relates to the current DNC primary as Clinton seems to have outperformed exit polls in several key states by margins outside statistical error. But, I digress...

Clinton is a sham. Trump is a clown. Thank you DNC and RNC for the worst choice ever. No matter who we vote for that person will support continued US involvement in destabilizing foreign countries, a perpetual war on terror, mass incarceration of US citizens (particularly people of color), corporate elitism and environmental destruction.
