I know its so soon after being in the hospital, last night I had a really bad flash back while taking a shower at someone else's home where I spent the night, I was shaving my legs and underarms when this happened, not the safest thing to have in my hand during a flashback. I did not have anything I could ground too at the time, being it was not my place. I got thru it ok, but I had some really bad thoughts that could have gotten me in trouble.
