I am sorry, I fell asleep last night. I understand where you're coming from and agree with bringing it up at the time you feel is best :) And you are sooo right in not doing it over phone or text, I am a firm believer in talking in person because you can gauge a person's emotions/thoughts/words soo much better face to face. Its a very important aspect of successful relationships in my opinion.

If you click on the person's avatar, a little window with their info pops up. Dead center is "start a conversation". That will open the PC box with them as a recipient!

You have to decide if you can live with him this way for the rest of your time together. In other words, he will sporadically act this way if you continue to be together. You have to decide if you can tolerate this behavior and be his wife. If not, then you should end it now. If so, then find things to occupy yourself with while he spends this time away from you until he feels up to being with you again.

That is where I am now. I have to take a break for me because it has set off my PTSD to the worst point it's ever been and my anxiety is almost out of control. So now, I have no choice but to walk away or take a break, whatever it may be. Should he come back, I will tell him that he goes back to therapy, which he quit after 2 sessions and stick with it because I can't accept less at this point.
