Come On Weekend... Whoo Hoo

It's nearly the weekend... whoo... hoo...

Drinks and BBQ tonight (Friday here), day out tomorrow... ending at pub for the AFL grand final (football), then unsure about Sunday at this stage. Hmmm... maybe some stuff I need to do, maybe not... wait and see.

I've been recovering from a night out last night with a girlfriend, and am getting ready for another one tonight with another girlfriend. Just making something to eat now before a rest and then get ready. I was supposed to work all weekend, but I came down with a bad cold two days ago and have lost my voice, and too sneezy and sniffly to be working with clients, so she gave me the next two days off...but I'm supposed to be sleeping. :D

It probably is not going to help me to go out again tonight, but bugger it, I want to! Probably won't be a big night like last night was. I'd like to paint at some point, but will probably end up sleeping a lot. I do need to clean the place up and still looking for a new place to live, so that will also require some attention at some point...

I get to look after my most wonderful grandson in the world ! I went to my sons house yesterday and my daughter in law was sitting out front with him playing in the yard and he seen me pull up and had the biggest smile and came running towards me with his arms up waiting for Nan Nan to pick him up. He is just 14 months old and is the most amazing little bundle of joy to watch grow up.

Happy for you Anthony! Sounds like a kickin' day for the sports enthusiast + friends.;)

Looking forward to four hours of exercising/working this afternoon (Friday here too)! Sat and Sun afternoon going to the gym with hubby and saying hi to the elliptical. Maybe crash a yoga class, check out this new sports store for some tenners and try to find a vegetarian (?) barbeque recipe:spitdummy: because your week sounds more fun! lol

Well I'm glad you asked, I'm doing nothing apart from the usual mow the lawn followed by a bbq and maybe a couple of drinks. Perfect weekend

I am home for a month, which is unusual for me. I have just realized how exhausted I am from my work schedule. So far I have been sitting on me arse, and loving it. Tomorrow is a belated birthday dinner for me courtesy of my brother and sister in law. Then a week long whirlwind of visiting friends before I knuckle down and do all the things I have not had time to do because I have had next to no time off.
