General Completely Crashed Out..

Hubby got readmitted as an inpatient yesterday and as we were sitting and waiting for the papers to be pushed etc,I spent the six hours or so to plan all the things I would rush round and do while I had some free time for the next few days.

Got up this morning after gettting in late last night and I feel like I've been hit by a truck!

Aching from top to toe,I can only put it down to release of muscle tension,I have the worlds mother of all headaches and lets just say my 'mild' IBS is not mild today.

Have been curled up on the couch having a much needed pity party all day.

Hi wife of... I hope you feel better soon. I know how it feels to be the rock in the relationship and feel like both of your worlds are on your shoulders. You deserve a much needed pedicure, massage, or both! I found myself lying in my favorite chair: being physically and mentally exhausted due to work, dealing with husband ptsd manifestions, and running the household. I finally allowed myself to have a day where I didn't get out of my pj's! We all need a pity party day every now and then.

Lol yes been very naughty this morning and have done all the things that I'm usualy careful not to do in case they wind the hubs up and soon I'm going out to buy myself some rediculously expensive bath bubbles.
