"Eliminate Concurrent Receipt of Retirement Pay and Disability Compensation for Disabled Veterans"
"Narrow Eligibility for Veterans’ Disability Compensation by Excluding
Certain Disabilities Unrelated to Military Duties"
"Restrict VA’s Individual Unemployability Benefits to Disabled Veterans Who Are Younger Than the Full Retirement Age for Social Security"
Retirement pay was part of the agreement to earn retirement. Disability is part of the cost of becoming disabled and losing some ability to seek employment. Combat wounds are part of combat. Hey, anything to save a buck!?!?!
