My son applied online and they said he wasn't eligible. He called the number they gave and got full Medicaid 10 minutes later. Maybe you should call instead?

Now that I’m getting insurance, I won’t worry about it. But it was just frustrating and confusing to have the mixed messages and feel like I’m falling into a weird crack. But I will keep this in mind for if and when it happens again (I’m terrible at keeping a job so likely will) and will call instead of believing whatever it says online. I’m glad he was able to get care though!
