I'm new to this and have not been in therapy of any kind but this marks 10 years since my girlfriend died . I wanted to see what area and if this would be helpful for continuing depression and separation issues I've experienced for too long.

Have you had a creepy experience that the effects still lasted years later? I don't know if it would be considered PTSD.
