Dear Cherryblossom, I feel your pain coming trough the screen of my computer. I can do no more than support you in silence and send you a bundle of strenght.

Cherryblossoms are my favorite flowers, they are so delicate, and most important they always, always,always arise again, no matter how hard the winter was!
When storms blows they float and make a crazy dance with the wind, just to land gently on soft moist and fresh ground!

Hang on!
 
CB....First thing you need to do is tell yourself of all the things you have said to me when I've been in your shoes.....hang on, keep fighting, things will get better,etc.etc......;)

Sometimes when we think things can't get worse, something comes along and turns it around....
 
Can you find some time to do something completely non-demanding and even comforting? Sometimes indulging in a quiet vice (mani/pedi, a movie, a museum visit, even just an hour to nap in the middle of the day) can help soften the edges of things.
 
Write it out , on paper or on the screen here.

Then tear up the paper or just put it in your back pocket till you have so many bits of paper in your pocket that you have to go through them to make space and throw out those that seem too ridiculous to keep any longer.

If you write it on the screen you will have to delete it yourself nowadays but in the old days all long posts got eaten by the computer, so you'd write them again and they would disappear again till writing them became more of a problem than what you were originally wanting to write about.

Take time for yourself, you have given some fantastic advice now is the time to turn the advice to yourself. Pamper yourself, set v small goals and reward yourself. Keep warm, remember to eat.

I no longer check the forum after 8pm at the latest, being on the computer reactivates my mind. I now relax for a couple of hours until it is bedtime.
