-That's exactly how I find it- all the 'stuff' that pops up related, based on how I feel.

Just learned tonight "FEAR" is an acronym for "False Evidence Appearing Real" (the thought), followed by "Frigg Everything and Run" (the action)

Way to go, for you! :)

Awesome news SC, so glad that you bit the bullet and came out all the better for it on the other side. Isn't it odd how confusing and muddled thoughts and conflicted feelings can somehow, sometimes, shake themselves out into some sort of sense right when we least expect it.

Oh, and Junebug, geez, I loved that acronym, had heard the first part, but not the 2nd - very amusing!

Yes, I asked for help by e-mail after I read SC's post in other thread- had no intention or thought til then.

Sometimes the same thing happens, other times, too, ~out-of-the-blue, it seems.
