It was pounded in over and over and over -in DoD & Civvie k-12 schooling- that the only reason we defeated the British in the 1770s is that we broke the European rules & fought like the Indians did. Brits adapted soon enough, its become the standard we still use today, but they didn't adapt in time. Seems like (for those of us in the states) we don't learn from our own history.

Our ROE don't work. That simple. From Vietnam onward for the US, not sure about other nations but I know there have been heaps of conflicts other have been engaged in we haven't even touched... Each and every single time we face this kind of fighting, things go badly. Conventional warfare cannot meet it.

Superior numbers is not an asset. Superior weapons are not an asset. At least, not the way that either is used. Concentrated forces just provide a target, not strength. Like the columns of old.

I don't have a solution. I'm not that clever.

Certain ideas, though, I'm sure occur to most of us. And the public would hate it. Seems like as long as you don't know who you're killing, it's fine. Unless they're photogenic. But just going off of how we crucify people working off good intel, much less bad... I don't know. Like I said. Not that clever.

What we need here is an old way of doing things. Most of the combat vets from Nam understand this 1000% because that is how we fought. It's call Gorilla Warfare, when used correctly it is one mother f*cker to deal with. In using Gorilla Warfare you use anything against you enemy, physical and mental that you can find . You use your enemies beliefs against him totally, hold nothing back.......

I have read 3 different versions (English translations) of the Qur'an...So number one you use their Religion against them totally!!! OK I don't want to go into the good Muslims or bad Muslims, in war good people get to die, it's the way of war.

So after reading the Qur'an and learning about Islam, using Gorilla Warfare it took me less than 5 minutes to put together 2 missions that would get a lot of people killed by their own people, some maybe good, others not. In planning my 2 missions, we use no weapons, no men or woman on the ground. Because we are using their religion against this enemy, the out come would be worse than using Nukes......In a sense, think of all the nut jobs going off.........

Mission #1........Use 5 or more big cargo planes. We print up on 8 1/2 X 11" paper (single sheets) a sexual cartoon in color of the top 2 religious figures from Islam, having sex with pigs, very explicit in detail. Drop from a high altitude over major cities to get the best distribution........

Mission #2.......Use 5 or more big cargo planes. Load the plans with live pigs and drop the live pigs from altitude on one of their holy sites.......or more if needed.

That Guys and Gals is Gorilla Warfare!!!!

Next would be to f*ck up their meat supply, kill everything but pigs, if they have them.....Hell if we kill off all the goats and sheep , the goats and sheep can't be raped.......

They're accountable. Each and every single one. I don't care which God you say it's for. Yahweh, Jehovah, Allah are all the same damn God. Children of Abraham, we 3. I have to ask.....with 1.6 billion Muslims, how many are the nut jobs??? You said most Muslims are moderates, so why are the moderates not cleaning up the nut jobs??? I would guess they out number the nut jobs. This is the part we never seem to hear about.....What are the moderate Muslims doing to stop the nut jobs?

We didn't go after Catholics & Irish ... Just because they were mostly Irish Catholics. If we'd started burning cathedrals and rounding up everyone claiming green beer on St.Patricks day? Maybe the IRA would have been sorted. More likely? 1.2 billion Catholics in the world would have aligned themselves cross purpose. Ya know?

I think it's easier for the West to isolate terror groups we share traits with (religion, ethnicity) as the terrorists they are. Not representative of the whole.

Over here there are a lot of muslims speaking out, protesting and openly declaring war to ISIS. The Kurdish community has in one week protested in Brussels, The Hague and at the airport.

Also however tempting, why do moderate people have to defend themselves from the actions of extremists? As christians are not all responsible for atrocities from the past, nor jews for the bonkers mental god-driven colonists on the westbank who cause nothing but trouble.

I'd love to see one clearcut enemy. Easy to identify and disarm but it's gotten very complicated.
The Schilderswijk in The Hague is notorious for the extremists that openly recruite(d) for jihad.
Government clamped down there and is taking people to justice. Dutch passports revoked.

If all were so open about their ideas it'd be clear cut. There are closet sympathisers.
We know internet forums etc are being monitored and some xaught that way.
