I decided to eat healthier and exercise more to see if it helps relieve some of my symptoms of anxiety, this week resulted in better sleep, less panic attacks. Last night was the first night I slept a full 8 hours in years.....of course my week was a lot easier too with less triggers. I was able to bend without breaking when it came to compromising with people, I also forced myself to meet someone new, which was my son's friends parents although for some reason when I meet new people, I feel like when they see me, they see my brokenness, but was able to look past it and work through it this week. I also haven't cried this week once, outside of reading posts on here.
