ok, so here it goes, i, in my current state am a shift supervisor of a metals fabrication shop. On my shift there is a muslim who works for me, no big deal, whatever, i never thought anything of it, to be honest i thought he was f*cking hispanic..

Anyways... this guys is worthless, nothing is fair to him, extremely bad work ethic, complains all the time, thinks he should be the boss, etc... when i started a meer few months ago, i quickly put him in his place on who was the boss, and who called the shots, but at the same time trying to be open to his f*cking opinion, because thats what i have to do as a supervisor.

After 3 write ups, and this guy is on his way out the door, he pulls the race/discrimination card. Basically, what i understand from HR, is that he is feeling harrassed and discriminated against because he is a muslim, and i was a soldier... so obviously i hate him immediatly right? no. well kinda, but i never let that show.

every inch of me wants to watch this guys head f*cking pop under a forklift tire, but i cant do that. I explained my side of the story, and they believed me obviously. but still how do i adress this guy without f*cking wanting to rip is sorry little head off his shoulders.

I mean how am i suppose to be this guys boss, without him pulling the race card. They say i have to kind of back off of him for a while, well i wouldnt be on him if he was wortha f*ck. Who the hell is this crack head anyways.

/rant over. hopefully he quits before i flip his f*cking world upside down.

You probably just hate him because he is a whiny little bitch who has no business working there. Not that he is Muslim or w/e who gives a shit. If he can't perform and causes issues...then rightfully so you should be upset. Sounds like he just want's to get fired so he can get unemployment. If anything else comes up just refer back to his work ethic. Nothing to do about his race. Just pick your words carefully.
 
Today, it seems like the first thing people do when they're going to get canned. They pull the race/fill in blank card. Unfortunately, HR departments have to take this stuff seriously so the company doesn't get sued. That's what it's really about. If he's a terrible worker he doesn't deserve that job, give it to a more qualified person.

It's can be hard to be fair when you're the boss, been there. It sounds like you did try to give him a chance with three times to improve. I was a construction super for a long time; someone like him would have been gone on day one. People had to produce on a daily basis. It's something that's missing in companies today. Glad I'm away from all that kind of stuff. I don't envy your position. Sounds like you're trying to do the right thing and in that, well done.

All I can think of is an imagine of burning house that read "Threw my Muslim neighbor a house warming party. Police said it was arson... Whatever."

Good call. This guy sounds like a sue-happy, litigation-whore so watch your back! He really sounds like the type of turd that DrBlack just described. Using social sensitivities and political correctness to game the system.
