I'm not 100% sure that I even have the right word(s) for this so will give the example I have just been faced with...
I walk in from work, it's a lovely sunny day and the first thing Husband says as I walk through the door is "I've just had a ****ing row with some ****ing bloke who thinks he can park ****ing where he likes" (I may have missed out a few ****ings there as there were many).
I just look at him - I have no idea what to say and so he elaborates. Apparently Husband had driven down our road behind a man who had tried to parallel park in three different spaces before getting in to one. Husband pulls up at the side of him, winds his window down and asks him if he lives here. Man says "**** all do do with you" gets out of his car and walks off in to town.
So - I get a 15 minute rant on why there should be no parking / more traffic wardens / whatever - liberally peppered with a sprinkling of ****s and ****ings and the like. Eventually he runs out of steam and we go to sit outside. Then he gets too hot so we go and sit back inside... the first thing he does? Goes to look out of the window to see who has parked where.
My question - is this actually anger at the people parking or does he just have a lot of internal anger that is finding a way out at something that maybe shouldn't make him as angry as it does?
He has actually just gone off to look at a house in the middle of no where. I have never known him do anything like that before. I do wonder though, if we get away from one stresser will he simply replace it with something else? Will he always find something to be angry about?
Thank you x
