Don't think I'll every think my "issues" are traumatic at all, much less traumatic enough.

I know that what I went through was Hell in it's own right. However, when I deal with people that donot understand m past, they get cocky about it and downplay what I went through, claiming "I've had a lot worse than you and I never had any of this PTSD nonsense!" Who are they to judge? Hey, if they feel tough and super and the like, they sure can feel free to take my PTSD garbage away from me! I am clearly soooooo undeserving!
