Well I think my sleep pattern (7 hours and more) seems to be settled, the fact that I'm catching up on my rest helps me be stronger and I'm able to deal with my symptoms. I'll be going back to my trauma diary, but will write only what I can and when I can as I do not want to jeopardize what I've gained. I would like to thank all of the members who have commented on this thread and supported me. Thank you Anthony for your protective research, really am not use to having someone look over me like that ... but guess that's going to be something I will have to learn to accept as a natural part of life.
