Engaged!

Hi everyone,

So I was going through pictures today and realized I totally forgot to share with this community that I got engaged on June 16, 2017, when I was in Ireland with my significant other and his mom and aunt.

The aunt got a video and his mom is an amateur photographer and got a bunch of quality photos with her professional-grade camera as it was happening.

I was totally surprised, and he proposed right on the Cliffs of Moher.

I switched from saying "boyfriend" to "fiance" so I'm sure some of you already know, but I forgot to announce it to the forum. So here's my happy announcement!

Just don't ask me when the wedding is, because I don't know yet! :ninja::angelic::hilarious::hilarious:

Congratulations!

I did, Anarchy! Absolutely gorgeous and I can't wait to go back at some point. I had two weeks of minor craziness but mostly peaceful traveling. I felt renewed when I came home.

Haha, thanks!! My mom is already planning my wedding in my hometown (which I don't want to go back to) in the church that I don't want to have it in. We've had many conversations already. :wtf:;)

My ex had to threaten her mother with the prospect of just the two of us plus our witnesses going to Gretna to get married in the registry office

-to get her to stop making plans for everything we didn't want.
