I'm a bit frustrated now. Took the tests, and I will have them interpreted by professional tonight, but so far nothing jumps out at me. Haha, that sounds like I want to have something wrong with me...but really, it's just that I'm fatigued so much and losing hair and I just need a reason. If anxiety is the reason for that, even with meds, then...then what I can do to improve it is much more limited.Well I am in the States, so I am sure it's different, but my doctor had referred me to a sleep speciali...
My iron(iron for example 17 but in umol/L where it has to be from 9 to 30 so it's ok) and magnezium(0,76 when lowest it should be is 0,66 and highest 1,07) are on the lower side, but withing normal range. Very low T4 and very high T3, but still, within normal range. Glukoze a bit above normal, cholesterol a bit above normal...but nothing(to my knowledge) that is indicated to be out of normal range other than these 2. Tested 12 different things. I guess the interpreting tonight with give me some tips on what all these mean and how to improve them...but still non of it explains that much fatigue, I think. So...not sure what to do with that.
