Extreme Fatigue And Frustration

Well I am in the States, so I am sure it's different, but my doctor had referred me to a sleep speciali...
I'm a bit frustrated now. Took the tests, and I will have them interpreted by professional tonight, but so far nothing jumps out at me. Haha, that sounds like I want to have something wrong with me...but really, it's just that I'm fatigued so much and losing hair and I just need a reason. If anxiety is the reason for that, even with meds, then...then what I can do to improve it is much more limited.

My iron(iron for example 17 but in umol/L where it has to be from 9 to 30 so it's ok) and magnezium(0,76 when lowest it should be is 0,66 and highest 1,07) are on the lower side, but withing normal range. Very low T4 and very high T3, but still, within normal range. Glukoze a bit above normal, cholesterol a bit above normal...but nothing(to my knowledge) that is indicated to be out of normal range other than these 2. Tested 12 different things. I guess the interpreting tonight with give me some tips on what all these mean and how to improve them...but still non of it explains that much fatigue, I think. So...not sure what to do with that.

Some of the more indepth blood tests take a bit more time. I had a round of blood work last Friday and then some bloodwork done yesterday, and I just barely heard back from the first doctor about those results yesterday, and then my (other) doc called me (surprisingly) late last night because I have been very sick and knew it was more than my typical autoimmune disease I have, and so she only had my CBC count.
It's good that you have gotten it done, and it's good that the results are streaming in. Remember, that sometimes, things can be a bit off, and not seem noticeable, but it takes a doctor to say "well, x, y, and z are all a little off, and tie them together then that explains..." (if that makes sense?)
Thanks for the update, keep up the positivity because you are doing a really good thing for yourself by trying to get to the bottom of this. Also, sometimes an endocrinologist can be a great resource after this type of testing has been done, because they do really well at tying together different symptoms, so if it's an option, definitely something to keep in mind.

Thanks, this is definitely encouraging!

I think for sure this is a sign that my anxiety has slightly improved. Until recently I was really reluctant to go to any doctor or lab until I have unavoidable really bad issue, and struggle even than. I always told myself I'm lazy or overthinking or etc. rather than tired or whatnot. The fact that now I'm starting to separate the symptom of something from myself is a step for me. Also getting myself to labs and doctors rather than waiting for things to be dire.

Oh, and the lab person couldn't even find vein to use, had to take blood from right next to my wrist with a kit meant for taking blood from babies. So I was happy for keeping my cool(other than my hands shaking a bit). I'm happy with today, I just hope I figure stuff out soon. May be tonight?:)
