extreme overwhelming anger

SRG is on the money with noting dealing with courts is stressful.

Double for already having a stress disorder.

Nothing new abnormal going on. Just full stress cup.
 
i could'nt deal with sitting there all day long and doing nothing. why might i have such an intense reaction to something that most people would only feel a little irritated about? how can i control it better next time?
Have you done any DBT? It could really help you.
 
You could also modify how you think about what stresses you, by how you talk to yourself about it.

I find if I tell myself the trouble is little and doable, it may not shrink in size, but my reaction to it will change, and not add unnecessary volume of anger.
