Facing My Perp in Court, Advice Please....

I am hoping Bec can find her old thread on this and pull it up. I went through this and I tried to support bec as she did. I will try to find it and pray it brings some hope and help. You are not the first and will not be the last, but we need to help each one who goes through this as it is so damn hard. You can and will do this as you made it this far.

Thank you all for keeping me in your thoughts, and giving very good advice. It's over now. The prosecutor put up an offer he couldn't refuse, plea guilty and serve 9 years total(he was in trouble for other crimes), or go to trial and face 20. He took the nine years.

You are strong and you did it!!! I have done the hearing thing for compensation but if he was in the room...I would have been scared stupid, I think. Anyway...great job....
