I Being here is of course a personal choice so if it's time to leave, all the best to you, most sincerely!
I assure you there's nothing wrong with you for wishing to be here. When I first joined, that article gave me some guilt, since I thought perhaps I was fooling myself, and wasn't working hard enough, or processing enough, or maybe wasn't even fragile enough to be here. It's our PTSD reactivity telling us these things. If you really do read this, it's only saying there's a guideline one can follow if one wishes to know for your own information-not anyone 'telling you' to go. I haven't re-read it recently, since I'm not glued together all that well at the moment and know for a fact I'll read it through PTSD eyes, not seeing what it 'really' says, you know? When I'm better, the whole thing will sound so different to me it won't even seem like the same article. Wierd.
If you do need to go, please take care, but if you need to be here for the healing please know I don't think anyone's wishing you to do so.
All the best,
Anni
