Thanks Gizmo.
It is a lot easier to express yourself through text than in person......there are some days where I just quit in frustration because I just cannot get out what I am trying to say, and it exhausts me trying to make sure I say it the way I intend.
To celebrate this new chapter, I'm going to buy myself a customized leather bound journal, so each of the specialists I attend will have each goal from each session written down, that way I can mark my progress and review my goals.
When I finally find one I like, I'll post a picture up of it.
