Finding It Difficult!

I'm so sorry I haven't replied sooner! I knocked myself out and have only sort of come round in the last few hours!! I was convinced that if I were unconscious I would not have the night terrors! I am so worried about this! I'd do anything if it meant I wasn't in trouble with the neighbours!!

Hi @Tiger...I think we have a lot of the same history. Sorry you are going through such a rough patch. Could you take to your GP about giving you something safe to help you sleep better? Anyways I'm always here to talk?
 
Hi! Thank you for hearing me guys! I've been so drowsy since the other night, I could sleep for a year without worrying about anything at all!! It's great to sleep, but I wish I could find a more perminant solution!! I have a GP appointment on Monday to have a S/H wound redressed and if I am feeling safe enough I will talk to her about this too!! I find these appointments very scarey and sometimes I just want to say as little as possible, as quick as possible!! Then run!!
 
Remember that wounds can get infected so I'm glad you're following up with your doc. Have you been given any meds to help you sleep?
 
I am on zopiclone! I've been on it for over 2 years, every night!! I'm not sure if they work as effectively as they should because of taking them every night!! I have tried not taking them every night, but I really do not sleep much without them!! When I am tired I get ill!! I don't know if It is psychological or not!!
 
Give yourself a holiday from thinking and worrying about it. Tell yourself next week you'll worry but for now take the med as directed. My shrink suggested I stay up later than usual (I am tired by 7:00) to help me sleep more soundly. I stay up til 10:00 and it has helped. My bed sheets aren't a total mess when I wake up.
 
I stay up til 11pm every night!! I am always tired!! I like the idea of taking a break from worrying, but I can't find the off switch!! Thanks for the suggestions!!
