I understand Sue. LOL. I just hope that if anyone needs help that they contact me. As for femalevet, thank you so much for all you have given to your country. After all we have been through we owe it to our brothers and sisters to help them out as well. We all know that so many people suffer from so many different disabilities, that don't seek the help they need because of not knowing how to get into the VA system. Thank you for your service girl and lets carry the torch to help others.

Jim, thank you for the offer of assistance! My guy is still serving in the Guards (U.P. of Michigan) so we have not really started alot of his ppwk for his discharge yet. I know he is getting some dis. pay for the PTSD and some for kidney damage I believe. He tells me if he just pushes on with the ppwk, he can medically retire anytime, but if he can hang out a few more years, he'll have a full 20 years in. He was about to go forward with the medical discharge when they offered him an opportunity to get his E6 and another MOS that he's been wanting for a while. Oh well, he seems to enjoy Guards for the most part, but hates being on the rear det. I don't mind that it keeps him (both of us actually) in shape ;). Dealing with the VA is a stressor for him I think, so I'll be more than happy to jump in an help him when he's ready to leave. As much for him as for me! I hope we get to work with someone who is as caring and understanding as you seem to be! Again thank you!

Welcome Jim. I volunteer with some Veteran groups so might need your help later. Thanks for the offer as it is a tough thing to get through in the best of times, much less when dealing with PTSD.

Welcome Jim,

Thanks for your service, and thanks for the services you are now providing (not that they are really separate). Good to have you here.
