Oh no. Don't get me started....... We supposedly have a very bad wolf problem. Grey Wolves.

According to government statistics, over 5000 sheep a year are slaughtered by wolves. Now given that the farmers and government fly around in helicopters shooting all wolves and sometimes bears on site AND an that we have an exploding Moose and Deer population...especially the deer, one does wonder how much of a problem it really is. Oh and forgot.....for every sheep killed by a wolf, car, bear or heart attack....the farmer collects about 1500USD from the government. Small detail there.

One Minister has also claimed that Swedish wolves are crossing the border and killing sheep and that Sweden should do something about it. Like revoke the wolves passports or something maybe......Wolf checks at the border?

Thanks Wagon. Its been a long time since I heard Marshall Tucker Band.

I have a small pack of wolves in my neighborhood, but they never bother any of the sheep or cattle. Our deer population has dwindled some.

we just got some welcome rain yest and today... there were spot fires popping up and here and there.. glad the moisture came in before it blazed...

and omg... I am sitting here thinking about how much I miss Marshall Tucker Band... those songs told a story
