Following from what Hashi has written: the RASAC I am with allow me talk about anything. Bad parenting that is linked to my rape, being bullied as a teenager, home life now which is as good as life can get, anger issues and the rape itself. The anger sessions will come further down the line though because the anger is a consequence of your trauma, the causes, links and the trauma need to be the focus first.

Counselling at my RASAC lasts up to two years. They are absolutely fabulous and I would certainly be a long way from healing without them so, go get yourself some help, you need it and deserve it.

I too have heard that MIND are very good.

I am sorry you are dealing with this, and for so long. You MUST get help! You would not want to hurt your partner, or worse, end up in jail! It's hard to reach out, but You ARE worth it! There is so much 'out there' that you need to see, and learn to enjoy life.
