For Those Struggling With Dieting And Weight

I do better at exercising than I do at healthy eating. I wake up every morning and do a workout and then another one before I go to bed although most of the time its only a 5 hour gap in between if that. But my problem is eating healthy. I am addicted to MT Dew. I have been for years. Although I am doing better and getting a few glasses of water in a day where as before it was nothing but straight MT Dew. Other than that I eat pretty well. I mean some foods I could do without but its so hard. I also take a lot of Vitamins and have lost 11 pounds since December. Which I am so happy about.

Has anyone ever tried the Military Diet? If so does it work? I know on that it is a lot of healthy eating.
