Thanks Boo... good to see an oversight of this actually.
#1 - Not really, as the member numbers themselves are nothing much to deal with as numbers, just the sifting of spammers and known trouble makers.
#2 - I like that idea actually, and might just incorporate that into the new forum rollout.
#3 - I have sorted most of the BS now, as all new members go into moderation, and they are made aware of this within the automatic welcome private message, ie. their posts will disappear when they submit, which are still present, but just need a moderator to approve them before the public can view them.
#4 - The forum already has this. On each post made, in the top right off every post you will see a little triangular icon with an line in it. If you click that, you will be taken to a report post screen, fill in any specific details if you want, and every moderator / admin will get an immediate email about it, with direct link to the post / thread and then remove it.
The new rollout will have detailed FAQ's, processes, layout, features, highlight important aspects of board use, etc. This is why it will take me a good couple of months to sort it all out, and do my normal tasks.
