Four Years

Its hard for me to belive the distress four years ago when I joined the forum. The fact that I get reminded when I joined is really I time I use to reflect on my progress. I know im not there yet but I sure am closer.

The progress:

I speak to humans in there presence. I am involed in volantary work. I don't beat myself to a pulp. I am not in the big black hole.

Just a few.
