I'm not the op, but from where I'm sat, exploring options, however irreverently, for living in peace with your genitals, without surgery, is fairly close to the gist of the thread.

Incidentally, If i liked the person enough to be going there, don't think I'd be put off by anything in the range from 1/8 inch to 12 inches.
