Goal For The Day

Hmm. I already made breakfast and got myself to work so now my goal is to read the first chapter in at least one of my books but I might try more than that.

My goal is to walk on the treadmill since it is way too cold out!

I read the first chapter in two of my books and got absorbed into a book I've been wanting to read for fun. My resident director knows a lot on the subject so she explained a lot of the concepts I was not understanding.

I didn't dissociate today, despite the day. That's my favorite unofficial goal for the day. :)

My goal for today was to stay awake. I did, mostly.

Go for a walk.

Do some drawing.

Get the virus protection subscription straightened out. Take a shower. Take the dog to get her shots. Or just take a shower and veg. Depends on how I feel.

Thank you Ms. Spock for reminding me of how the body needs that to heal. I'm sure it is helping.

I was most worried that you were being way, way too hard on yourself. An operation is an major procedure - let the body sleep at will after one is my theory Britt.

Thank you again Ms Spock. Took your advice and listened to my body when it said to go to bed at 6:30 last night. Stayed asleep until after 8 this morning. This was the first morning I got out of bed and didn't feel I was being pulled to the floor in pain! Muscles are still sore around the area, but getting better. :hug:
