Good afternoon everyone. I am new to the group and received my official diagnosis a couple of weeks ago after about a year of therapy. The diagnosis was the light-bulb moment that I needed to bring everything into clear view. The interesting part is that now when I become triggered, I am able to see it as just that - a trigger (for the most part). I know it is not going to be all roses and sunshine... we haven't really delved into the hard work part of this in therapy yet, but at least I am able to survey my surroundings at this point to see an eventual resolution. I have a road map now and I am grateful for that.
