Wednesday was a day to remember, but not for a good reason.

I have succumbed to the pressure and I am going down on a lovely pill tonight. Its going to be heaven to go to sleep early, and then to sleep for many hours too.

Its been a long day, a hectic one, my medical knowledge and experience was challenged big time, but I think my patient will get to see his family again. Thats nice, makes me feel really good. Now I will go find the sandman and crash. Goodnight everybody, the fat lady has sung for today in Africa....:D
