Hi everyone. Hope you're all doing well!!

I on the other hand am freakin out. My guy is a Gulf war veteran who came in contact with depleted uranium while he was there. He was treated for cancer (I'm unsure what type) about 15 years ago and it has been in remission.....until now. His blood work came back abnormal this week. And we are worried to say the least.

He has an appointment scheduled for Friday to discuss treatment and further testing. This sucks beyond belief! All the hard work he/we have done to get a handle on the PTSD and make a good life for the both of us and now this.

He's worried, as can be expected. He feels he's not as physically strong as he was before and won't be able to fight it like last time. His doctor actually said to him "the gulf war may actually kill you yet". They laughed and I got sick to my stomach.

Just reaching out for support, prayers and information if anyone has any. Thanks guys!! Love ya

They should warn these guys that it's the nastiest, dirtiest, most disease ridden and contaminated place on Earth before they send them there.

Seriously.

I guess I'm the only one freakin out. His enzymes are abnormal so they will draw blood every 2 weeks instead of once a month. I wasn't at the appointment with him but I plan on going to the next one.

I'm not sure what exactly his diagnosis was before. I have to do some investigating.

Thanks guys!
