Lucky black cat
Emerald green sneaky eyes watching
My every move

Breathe out when it feels
hard, my pilates teacher
says. Such truth in that.


My first pilates class for a couple of months this morning. She says this every time and every time I smile because it always makes me think that it is such good advice for life generally. When things feel hard, exhale!

Yes @Bearlinda it looked like that here last night, but like the moon was moving (perspective). I love when the moon wakes me up through the window at night, beautiful.
