Hey hapa gurl,
I'm in Massachusetts and I've gotten the DA's office to open an investigation (filed a 51A) regarding failure to provide a safe environment in school, failure to follow DOE policy, failure to report criminal activity. I'm also working with a team from Harvard Law School that does pro bono work for children who have been traumatized while in school. I think it's great that you're not giving up. What about a community involvement? Have you ever tried it, i.e., a support group for bullying, a hot-line, writing an article, speaking at an educational seminar?
Hope you're doing well,
clare
